How do you manage shipping worldwide?
We beleive in transfering maximum benefits to our customers and we continously strive hard to make partnerships with top brands in the world to ensure all products reach you as soon as possible without hurting your bank.
Who do you ship with?
We only ship our products with Fedex, DHL and UPS. The world trusts them because they deliver their promises and so do we.<
When will I receive my order?
Once you have finalized your order and all your measurements are finalized it takes us only 3 weeks to ship your order from our office.
Why is my shipment stuck at customs?
Local customs and taxes may apply to your products. Please check with the delivering courier or your local authorities for any holdups. We do try to inform our customers in advance if we are aware of such things, but these rules and regulations keep changing very frequently and there is not much we can do about it. You can still write to us with your queries and doubts and our amaizng service team will try their level best to find answers for you.
Why is my order still not shipped?
We apologize for the same, but in the rare event it happens do write to us at care@hangrr.com. It may be due to local holidays or extremely high order values, but we try everything in our power in advance to ensure nothing like this happens.
How do I know if you ship to my country?
We ship to almost every place in the world. You can place an order and incase if we do not ship to that country we will let you know asap. You can always send us an email incase you have any questions.
Why are some of my orders still not processed?
If you are ordering for the first time with Hangrr and have ordered multiple items we first send you one peice of garment to ensure it fits you well and then process the remaining orders. If you would like to prioritize the order flow do send us an email to care@hangrr.com
Will I have to pay additional taxes or charges on my Hangrr order?
Not to us for sure. Our product prices are inclusive of all taxes. But in case your country has some local taxes/ customs applicable on imports you might have to bear those charges. We recommend checking with your local customs office for these charges before placing your order. Since these type of taxes and charges are subject to change at any time (and often change from day to day), we cannot incorporate these charges into the cart charges.
