+ I have opted for expedite shipping. When will I receive my product?
Once you have finalized your order and all your details are finalized with your designated Hangrr Stylist, we will take the time promised to ship your order from our manufacturing facility. All expedited shipments are shipped via DHL Express and should reach you in the time committed to you if there are no natural disasters, local curfews, carrier delays, customs hold-ups. etc caused after the shipment has been shipped. You can track your product by using online tracking system and also on DHL/Fedex websites.
+ Can you expedite my order without the extra charges?
We do try it always - every single time. We love to keep our lead times as low as possible to ensure an awesome experience for you. Our technology always helps us to ensure maximum efficiancy and superb accuracy. But these timelines are created using a complex analysis of order fullfilment at our backend. We will not be able to guarantee an early delivery as the expedited production line varies from the normal production line. But be rest assured we will try our level best. :)
+ Do you ship to Armed Forces / APO / FPO / DPO addresses / P.O. boxes?
We only ship to residential / office addresses as of now. A physical signee is needed to accept the shipment. This is to ensure your custom products reach you every time.
+ How do I know if you ship to my country?
We ship to almost all major countries in the world. We have free shipping available for countries including USA, Canada, Australia, UK, India, Singapore, EU/EEA, Germany, Italy, Ireland, Japan & South Africa. We ship to over 84 countries. You can place an order and incase if we do not ship to that country we will let you know asap. You can always send us an email or chat with our support team in case you have any questions. Some countries not listed may incur additional shipping charges.
+ Why are some of my orders still not processed / delayed?
If you are ordering for the first time with Hangrr and have ordered multiple items we first send you one peice of garment to ensure it fits you well and then process the remaining orders. If you would like to prioritize the order flow do send us an email to care@hangrr.com. Also, considering the custom nature of the product in very rare cases a slight delay might occur in the ship date. Your stylist will update you in that case. In the rare event of a natural disaster, any act of god, local curfews, carrier delays, customs hold ups etc caused after the product is shipped please get in touch with your Hangrr stylist or your local DHL office to help expedite the process. We assure you that our ground team will work continously to get the products delivered to you before time to the best of their ability.
+ Will I have to pay additional taxes or charges on my Hangrr order?
None. Our product prices are inclusive of all taxes & duties in USA, Canada, UK, EU/EEA, Singapore, Australia & Japan. In the rare event, if you are charged any customs charges in these countries please contact your assigned stylist or at care@hangrr.com. They will definitely help you with the same and get it resolved. Please talk to your assigned stylist before submitting any documents to the courier. Please ensure the right country is selected while placing your order. Prices may change depending on your country of residence. Your current country is - US. If this does not match your country of shipping you might incurr additional local duties & charges. For example, if your shipping address is not located in USA/Australia/India/Canada/UK/EU/EEA/Singapore/Japan you may incur additional local duties & taxes which will be completely charged to you by the delivering courier.
